About Solved Enroll

Built by people who sell insurance, for agents who are tired of being the integration layer between three systems.

Why this exists

Most agents write more than one line of business and get no credit for it from their software.

The Medicare quoting tool does not know the client was declined for a term policy last spring. The life quoting tool has never heard of a formulary. The e-app lives somewhere else again. So the agent keeps a folder of underwriting cheat sheets, three logins, and a client record that exists mostly in their own memory of the conversation.

Solved Enroll collapses that. AI-assisted intake builds one client record, with a library of 200,000+ medications and conditions that handles abbreviations and the way people actually read a pill bottle out loud. Encoded, versioned carrier rules pre-qualify life cases across 50+ carriers before anything is submitted. Medicare quoting checks eligibility, prices the client's real drug list, and confirms the doctors and pharmacies they named. Ancillary attaches from the same record. Then the application is filled from the quote and signed by text, tablet, or email, with the Scope of Appointment and disclosures already logged.

We build it this way because we have sat in the appointment. Solved Ventures runs insurance calling operations, and the people specifying these flows have written the business they are specifying.

Solved Enroll is in private beta. Agencies are onboarded in cohorts ahead of a 2027 public rollout. Join the waitlist for the next cohort.

What we believe

Four opinions that decide most of the arguments about what to build next.

One client record

A person is not a Medicare lead, a life lead, and a dental lead. The fact-find that pre-qualified a final expense case is the record that quotes an Advantage plan and attaches vision. Anything else makes the client repeat themselves and makes the agent retype.

The tool should know the rules

Carrier underwriting rules, formularies, election periods, and disclosure requirements change constantly. Encoding and versioning them is work software is good at. Memorizing them from a folder of PDFs is work an agent should never have been asked to do.

A recommendation you cannot explain is a liability

Every ranked plan carries the factors that lifted or lowered it: network fit, drug cost, underwriting class, budget, stated need. That is what makes a recommendation defensible to the client in the room and to a reviewer a year later.

Agents should not be the integration layer

When the quote engine, the underwriting sheet, and the e-app do not talk, the agent becomes the middleware. That is where declines, chargebacks, and missed attaches come from, and it is not a training problem.

Leadership

The platform is built by a team that works across all three Solved products.

Dustin Snider

Chief Executive Officer

Sets product direction across the Solved platform and decides what Solved Enroll builds next. Spends most of his time on the part of the workflow agents complain about loudest.

Abri White

Chief Operating Officer

Runs operations, beta onboarding, and customer success. Owns the cohort process, which is the part of the beta most agencies experience directly.

About the company

Who builds Solved Enroll?

The same team behind AgentTech Dialer and Solved Telephony, under Solved Ventures. We run insurance calling operations ourselves, which is why the platform is shaped around what an agent does in a live conversation rather than what a form wants.

How is Solved Enroll related to AgentTech Dialer?

They are siblings, not the same product. AgentTech Dialer is the dialer and CRM that runs the conversation. Solved Enroll is the quote and enrollment platform that turns that conversation into a submitted application. Solved Telephony is the voice layer underneath both.

Do I have to use AgentTech Dialer to use Solved Enroll?

No. Solved Enroll stands on its own, and agencies running any dialer or CRM can use it. The pieces fit together if you want them to, which is the point of building all three in one place.

When can I use the platform?

Solved Enroll is in private beta now, with a public rollout planned for 2027. Beta agencies are onboarded in cohorts. Join the waitlist for the next one.
