Platform Agencies and IMOs

For agencies and IMOs

Run a downline on the records your agents already produce. Visibility follows the hierarchy, the numbers come out of live cases, and a new agent is quoting correctly in week one rather than month three.

Hierarchy-aware

Your structure is not a list of users.

Most software models an agency as a flat roster with a few permission checkboxes bolted on. That is not how distribution works. There is an upline, there are agencies under agencies, and an agent who moves takes their book with them. Solved Enroll models the structure and derives access from it.

  • Visibility follows upline and downline. Every dashboard, report, and case list resolves to the part of the tree the signed-in person actually owns.
  • Depth is not capped at two levels. An IMO with agencies that have their own downlines sees the whole structure, and each agency beneath it sees only its own.
  • Roles reflect the job. What a producing agent, a sales manager, and an agency principal can see and do are different things, configured once rather than argued about per report.
  • Moves are a structure change. When an agent changes agencies, you update the hierarchy, not a permissions spreadsheet.

Solved Enroll is in private beta. Agencies join in cohorts ahead of the 2027 public rollout, and beta access is free for the agencies in each one, with preferred pricing locked in at general availability. Join the waitlist for your agency.

An agency performance dashboard on multiple screens

Quote-to-enroll analytics

Numbers that came out of the work, not out of a form.

Nobody has to submit anything for these to be accurate. Quoting, presenting, submitting, and issuing each write their own event as the agent does the work, and the dashboards read those events. The Monday morning number is the same number the agent saw on Friday.

  • Conversion by agent, product, carrier, state, and week.
  • Comparable across the downline, because every agency is working the same record structure.
  • Drill from a rate to the cases behind it instead of taking the rate on faith.

Funnel by stage

Intake started, quoted, recommended, submitted, issued. Five stages that tell you whether the problem is lead flow, a fact-find that stalls, a recommendation that does not land, or applications that die between signature and issue.

Agent scorecards

Conversion, ancillary attach rate, and average premium per agent, with the funnel behind each figure. Enough detail to coach from, rather than a leaderboard that only tells you who is ahead.

Product and carrier mix drift

Where the book is concentrating, and where it has quietly moved. A floor that has drifted onto two carriers is a persistency problem and a contracting problem before it is a production problem.

Whichever side of the hierarchy you are on

The same platform, doing a different job depending on how many people are downstream of you.

One producer

The independent agent

You are the sales floor, the compliance department, and the back office. What you get out of this is time: one fact-find instead of three, an application that fills itself, and a case file you do not have to assemble on a Sunday.

  • Every line you are appointed for in one session
  • Your own conversion and attach numbers, without a manager
  • A case file that is ready before anyone asks for it

One office

The agency with a sales floor

You already know who your top producer is. What is harder is knowing why the agent in seat nine converts half as well, and whether it is the fact-find, the recommendation, or the follow-up. The funnel answers that at the stage level.

  • Scorecards you can run a one-on-one from
  • New hires producing in week one, not month three
  • One workflow, so coaching transfers between agents

Many agencies

The IMO or FMO with a downline

Your problem is comparability. Ten agencies running different tools produce ten sets of numbers that do not reconcile. One platform across the downline gives you a carrier mix, a conversion rate, and a persistency signal that mean the same thing everywhere.

  • Structure-aware rollups at any depth
  • White-label under your brand at general availability
  • Export into the warehouse your analysts already use

Week one, not month three

The expensive part of hiring an agent is the season they spend learning which carrier will take a client on a blood thinner. That knowledge belongs in the platform.

Onboarding

  • Guided first cases. Prompts and guardrails on the first handful of cases, then out of the way once the agent is running.
  • A structured fact-find. New agents ask the questions that produce a defensible recommendation, because the platform asks them.
  • Access tied to appointment and licensure. An agent can only quote and write what they are actually appointed and licensed for, in the states they hold.
  • Readiness a manager can see. Progress through guided cases is visible, so you know who is ready for live leads rather than guessing.

Fewer declines and chargebacks

  • Only what the client qualifies for. Products the health profile disqualifies never reach the quote, so an agent cannot present something that was never going to issue.
  • Underwriting rules, not cheat sheets. Encoded and versioned carrier rules replace the folder of PDFs and the habits a new agent picks up from whoever sits nearest.
  • Fit checked before the pitch. Provider networks, drug costs, and budget are applied before plans appear, which is where most first-year cancellations are created.
  • Less rework downline. Declines cost the agent, the agency, and the upline. Preventing them is cheaper than processing them.

Your brand, and your data

Two things an IMO should not have to give up to use someone else’s software.

White-label at general availability

Run the platform under your own brand and your own domain, so the agents in your downline are working in your product rather than logging into a vendor. White-label is part of the IMO and enterprise offering when the public rollout opens in 2027. During private beta, cohorts run under the Solved Enroll name while we work a real selling season alongside them.

Export into your own warehouse

Scheduled CSV drops or an API pull of quote-to-enroll activity, on your schedule, into the warehouse your analysts already query. Join it to lead cost, commission, and persistency data you hold elsewhere, and build the report you actually want rather than the one a vendor dashboard offers.

Read the API reference or the documentation

Agents in your downline work the same four steps on every case. See the quote-to-enroll walkthrough, or the lines they will be writing: Medicare, life, and ancillary.

FAQs

Questions from agencies and IMOs

How does visibility work across a downline?

Access follows your hierarchy rather than a flat list of users. An agent sees their own book. A manager sees the agents reporting to them. A principal sees their agency. An IMO sees the agencies beneath it, at whatever depth the structure actually goes. When an agent moves between agencies, the structure changes and the visibility changes with it, without anyone rebuilding a permissions list by hand.

Where do the analytics come from?

From the records agents already work in. There is no separate reporting step, no weekly spreadsheet, and no agent self-reporting. A quote that gets run, a plan that gets presented, an application that gets submitted, and a policy that gets issued each write their own event, and the dashboards read those events.

What is on an agent scorecard?

Quote-to-enroll conversion, ancillary attach rate, and average premium, alongside the funnel stages behind them. Broken out by product, carrier, state, and week so a manager can tell the difference between an agent who is struggling and an agent who was handed a hard state or a thin carrier list.

How quickly can we get a new agent producing?

The goal is a new agent quoting correctly in week one instead of month three. Guided first cases walk them through intake, quoting, and recommendation with the guardrails on, and role-based access is tied to their appointments and licensure, so they can only work what they are actually able to sell. The underwriting knowledge that usually takes a season to absorb is in the platform rather than in a veteran's head.

Can we run it under our own brand?

White-label under your own brand and domain is part of the IMO and enterprise offering at general availability. During private beta the platform runs under the Solved Enroll name while the cohorts work through real selling seasons with us.

Can we get the data into our own warehouse?

Yes. Scheduled CSV exports and an API pull both cover quote-to-enroll activity, so your analysts can join it to lead cost, commission, and persistency data you already hold. The field-level detail is in the API reference.
