Solved Enroll, compared.
Three comparisons written for an evaluation rather than a close. Each one covers capability categories, says where the alternative is stronger, and states plainly that Solved Enroll is in private beta.
How we write these pages
A comparison page written by a vendor is a sales document, and pretending otherwise insults the reader. So here is the frame we work inside. Solved Enroll is a multi-product quote and enrollment platform covering Medicare, life, and ancillary from one client record. That is a different shape of product from a Medicare-only quoting platform, and a different shape again from the spreadsheets and carrier portals most agents still work in. Different shapes are not automatically better shapes.
If you run a Medicare-only book, your agents are fast in the tool they have, and your workflow already works, a multi-line platform may be solving a problem you do not have. We would rather say that here than waste your evaluation. The case for Solved Enroll gets strong when a single client conversation spans more than one line of business, when ancillary attach is being lost to a fourth login, or when you cannot reconstruct why a plan was recommended a year after the enrollment.
We also will not quote anyone else's pricing, invent a limitation, or describe a competitor's roadmap. Where we cannot verify a capability in an alternative's published materials, the page says exactly that rather than scoring it against them.
Solved Enroll is in private beta. Beta agencies are onboarded in cohorts ahead of a 2027 public rollout, and the live carrier list grows with each one. Nothing on these pages is generally available today. Join the waitlist for the next cohort.
The comparisons
Each page has a verdict, a capability table, the case for choosing the alternative, and the questions agencies ask us during an evaluation.
Solved Enroll vs Sunfire
The comparison most agencies are actually making. Where an established, widely deployed Medicare platform is the right answer, and where a multi-line client record changes the workflow.
View comparisonSolved Enroll vs Medicare-only tools
The category, not one vendor. What a Medicare-only platform does well, and what breaks the moment a case involves life or ancillary.
View comparisonSolved Enroll vs spreadsheets and carrier portals
Cheat sheets, PDFs, and eleven browser tabs. Cheap, flexible, and the hardest thing in this list to reconstruct a year later.
View comparisonComparisons describe the common shape of each category rather than any one product, and are based on publicly published materials.
What we compare on
The same categories on every page, so the pages are comparable to each other.
Client record
Whether one intake serves every line of business, or each product line keeps its own copy of the same health profile.
Quoting depth
Eligibility, provider and pharmacy matching, drug cost modeled across coverage phases, and encoded carrier underwriting rules rather than cheat sheets.
Recommendation
A filtered list, or a ranked result with the factors behind each position and a record that survives a review.
Enrollment
Carrier-approved applications pre-filled from the quote, signed by text, tablet, or email, without a handoff to another vendor.
Compliance record
Scope of Appointment, disclosure timing, what was presented, what was chosen, and whether the case file exports as one document.
Agency controls
Hierarchies, dashboards, onboarding, licensure-aware visibility, and white-label options for an IMO running under its own brand.
FAQs
Comparing Solved Enroll: common questions
Can I use Solved Enroll today?
Not yet in general availability. The platform is in private beta now, with a public rollout planned for 2027. Beta agencies are onboarded in cohorts so we can sit with each one through a real selling season, and beta access is free for the agencies in each cohort with preferred pricing locked in at general availability.
Why compare against a product that is not generally available?
Because agencies pick platforms on a multi-year horizon and ask us how we differ before they renew something else. These pages are written to be useful during an evaluation rather than to win one. Every page states where we are in the rollout and where the alternative is stronger today.
Do you publish competitor pricing?
No. We compare on capability categories and we do not quote another vendor's pricing, because their published pricing is theirs to describe and it changes. Our own position is that beta access is free for the agencies in each cohort, and platform pricing is set at general availability across three tiers: Individual Agent, Agency, and IMO or Enterprise.
How do you keep these pages honest?
Three rules. We describe capability categories rather than feature counts. We do not claim an alternative lacks something unless we say plainly that it is not something they publicly document. And we say where the alternative is the better buy, because for a lot of agencies it is.
