About 30 minutes Live, not recorded

Book a walkthrough

One live case, intake to signature, on your products and your carriers. No slides, and nothing to buy at the end of it.

What a walkthrough covers

Four things, in this order, with as much time on each as you want.

A live case, end to end

Intake, quote, recommendation, application, and signature in one session, the way it would run in a real appointment. We do not skip the slow parts, because that is where the comparison is.

The recommender, explained

Why a plan ranked where it did: network fit, drug cost, underwriting class, budget, stated need. You will see the factors behind the score, not just the order.

Your footprint against beta

The products and carriers you write, checked against what is actually live in the current cohort, so you know what would work on day one and what is still coming.

Agency dashboards, if relevant

For agencies and IMOs: hierarchy, quote-to-enroll analytics by agent and product, onboarding flows, and how white-label works at general availability.

Solved Enroll is in private beta. A walkthrough shows what is live in the current cohort, not a mockup of the 2027 release. If something is not built yet, we will say so on the call.

How to book one

There is no booking calendar on this site yet. Three ways to get on the schedule, all of which reach the same people.

  1. Join the waitlist

Email and the products you write, and we will reach out to set a time. This is the best option, because the walkthrough gets built around your book. Join the waitlist.

  2. Email us

Send a note to contact@solvedenroll.com with a couple of times that work and what you want to see.

  3. Call

Ring +1 (866) 415-6192, Monday to Friday. If you would rather ask questions before seeing anything, that works too.

A laptop and phone set up for a client call

Who should be on the call

Whoever writes the business, and whoever would have to approve a change. For an agency that is usually the principal and one producing agent. Any more than four people and it stops being a conversation.

What to bring

None of it is homework. It just decides whether you watch a demo or watch your own business run through the platform.

  • The products and carriers you write, including the ones you wish you could quote faster
  • Your monthly application count, roughly, across every line
  • The quoting and enrollment tools you use today, and what you keep working around
  • Your state footprint, since carrier and plan coverage varies by state
  • Your agent count, and whether there is a downline underneath you

Bring a hard case as well. The client with fourteen medications, the declined term application, or the plan choice that took two appointments to settle.

FAQs

Walkthrough questions

How long does a walkthrough take?

About thirty minutes for the core run, longer if you want to dig into agency dashboards or the API. We would rather go deep on one real case than skim six features.

Is this a sales pitch?

No, and there is nothing to buy yet. The platform is in private beta and beta access is free for the agencies in each cohort. The walkthrough exists so you can decide whether a cohort seat is worth your time.

Can I bring a case that usually goes wrong?

Please do. A client with a complicated medication list, a declined life case, or a plan choice that got argued about is far more useful than a clean example.

Do I have to join the waitlist first?

No, but it helps. Joining the waitlist tells us what you write, so the walkthrough uses your products and your carriers instead of generic ones.

Can we see the recommender API?

Yes. If you are evaluating the ranking engine for your own CRM, dialer, or agent runtime, say so when you book and we will show the API and MCP responses rather than the agent screens. See licensing.
