Answers for agents running live cases in the beta, organized the way a case moves: intake, quote, recommend, enroll, and file.

Solved Enroll is in private beta. Agencies are onboarded in cohorts ahead of a 2027 public rollout, so some answers here describe behavior that is still expanding carrier by carrier. Join the waitlist for the next cohort.

Ten categories, in the order a case moves through the platform.

Getting started in beta

How cohorts work, what to set up on day one, and how to run your first case end to end without a trainer sitting next to you.

Getting started

Client intake and health profiles

Building a client record, entering medications and conditions by brand or abbreviation, and resuming a half-finished fact-find.

Intake and profiles

Medicare quoting

Eligibility and election periods, MAPD and PDP, Medicare Supplement, Special Needs Plans, doctor and pharmacy matching, and drug cost modeling.

Medicare quoting

Life field underwriting

How encoded carrier rules decide what a client qualifies for, rate classes, knockouts and lookbacks, and build-to-budget quoting.

Life underwriting

Ancillary attach

Adding dental, vision, hearing, hospital indemnity, accident, and critical illness to a case, or writing them standalone.

Ancillary products

Plan recommendations

How the AI Plan Recommender ranks what is left, what drives a score, and how to read an explanation out loud to a client.

The recommender

Enrollment and signatures

Prefilling an application from the quote, sending for signature by text, tablet, or email, and tracking carrier acknowledgement.

Enrollment

Scope of Appointment and compliance

Capturing SOA before the sales conversation, logging disclosures, and pulling the audit trail a reviewer asks for.

Compliance

Agency and hierarchy setup

Building your upline and downline structure, adding agents, setting roles, and reading the agency dashboards.

Agency administration

Carrier contracting and appointments

Recording appointments so you only see carriers and products you can write, and what to do when an appointment is missing.

What support covers in beta

Beta support is case-level. Share the case and you get an answer about that case rather than a link to an article you already read.

  • Case-level help. Send the case reference and what you expected. Support can see the same record, the same quote, and the same excluded-plan reasons you can.
  • Carrier escalation. When an application stalls at the carrier, support chases the carrier so you can keep selling instead of sitting in a phone queue.
  • Underwriting questions. If an encoded rule disagrees with what you know about a carrier, say so. Rule corrections from beta cases are versioned and published back to everyone.
  • A real feedback loop. Beta feedback reaches the people building the platform, not a queue that summarizes it into a quarterly roadmap.

Still stuck?

There is no ticket portal during private beta. Email reaches the team directly, which is faster than a form while the cohort is small.

  • Email contact@solvedenroll.com. Include the case reference, the carrier and product, and what you expected to happen. That is usually enough to answer without a second round trip.
  • Use the contact form. Better for agency-level questions: cohort timing, hierarchy setup, white-label, or licensing the recommender.
  • Check system status first. If quoting, drug pricing, the recommender, or submission is degraded, it will say so there before support can reply.
  • Call +1 (866) 415-6192. For anything time-critical with a client in front of you.

FAQs

Questions agents ask in beta

How do I get into the beta?

Join the waitlist and tell us what you write and how many agents you have. Agencies are onboarded in cohorts so the team can sit with each one through a real selling season, and the cohort you land in depends on the products and states you are active in. Beta access is free for the agencies in each cohort, and beta agencies lock in preferred pricing at general availability.

A carrier I write is not in the list. What do I do?

Tell us which carrier, which products, and which states, and we will tell you where it sits in the queue. The live carrier list is smaller during beta than it will be at general availability, and it is prioritized by what beta agencies actually write rather than by alphabetical order. You will also only ever see carriers your agency records an appointment for, so a missing carrier is sometimes a contracting record rather than a platform gap.

A medication will not resolve in intake. How do I get past it?

Type what the client reads off the bottle, including partial spellings, brand names, and abbreviations. If it still will not resolve, record it as a free-text note so the case can continue, then send us the exact string. The intake library covers more than 200,000+ medications and conditions, and unresolved strings from beta cases are how the remaining gaps get closed.

Why is a plan I expected missing from the quote?

Something upstream removed it. The usual causes are an election period that does not allow the plan, a service area that does not cover the client county, a formulary that does not carry a drug on the list, a named provider who is out of network, or a carrier your agency is not appointed for. Open the quote and check the excluded list, which names the reason for every plan that was filtered out.

The client never received the signature text. How do I resend?

Reopen the application and send again, either to the same number or to a different delivery method. The signature packet does not expire when a delivery fails, and a client who started signing and stopped can pick up where they left off rather than starting over. Switching to email or handing over a tablet on the spot are both valid ways to finish the same packet.

How do I get a complete case file for a carrier or a CMS review?

Export it from the case. The export is a single document containing the Scope of Appointment with its timestamp, the disclosures presented and acknowledged, the plans presented, the plan chosen, the recommendation and the factors behind it, the signed application, and the submission and acknowledgement record, in order and with attribution.

An application is stuck at the carrier. Who chases it?

We do. Send the case and the carrier reference, and support follows up with the carrier so you can keep selling. Submission state is also visible on the case, so you can see whether the application is submitted, acknowledged, pending a requirement, or issued without logging into a carrier portal.

How fast does support answer during beta?

Email contact@solvedenroll.com and you will hear back within one business day, usually sooner. Beta cohorts also get a direct channel to the team through onboarding, and support is staffed by people who have written the products you are asking about rather than reading from a script.
