TAMPA, FL, September 21, 2026. Solved Enroll, LLC, a Solved Ventures company, today announced Solved Enroll, a multi-product quote and enrollment platform for insurance agents that keeps Medicare, life, and ancillary products on a single client record. The platform is in private beta, onboarding agencies in cohorts ahead of a 2027 public rollout, and the waitlist for the next cohort is open today.
Most agents write more than one line of business and get no credit for it from their software. The Medicare quoting tool does not know the client was declined for a term policy last spring. The life quoting tool has never heard of a formulary. The e-application lives somewhere else again. Solved Enroll collapses that stack into one workflow: an AI-assisted intake builds one client record, encoded and versioned carrier rules pre-qualify life cases before anything is submitted, Medicare quoting checks eligibility, prices the client's real drug list, and confirms the doctors and pharmacies they named, ancillary attaches from the same record, and the application is filled from the quote and signed by text, tablet, or email with the Scope of Appointment and disclosures already logged.
Solved Enroll at a glance
One client record from the first question to the signed application
The platform is organized around a single client record rather than around a line of business. The health profile an agent collects for a final expense case, with its medications, conditions, named providers, pharmacy, and budget, is the same record that quotes a Medicare Advantage plan and attaches a dental policy. Nothing is entered twice, and nothing is lost between systems.
Solved Enroll ships with eight capabilities that share that record:
- Medicare quoting and enrollment. Medicare Advantage, Part D, Medicare Supplement, and Special Needs Plans in one quote, enrolled in the same session. Entitlement, current enrollment, and election period are checked before the quote so the plan on screen is one the client can actually take. Provider and pharmacy matching confirms the doctors the client named are in network, and the client's actual medication list is priced across formularies, including the deductible and coverage gap phases.
- Life field underwriting. Term, final expense, whole life, and preneed, pre-qualified against encoded and versioned carrier underwriting rules. Products the health profile disqualifies never reach the quote, which is how declines and chargebacks stop happening. Build-to-budget works backward from a monthly premium to the face amount and product that fits it.
- Ancillary products. Dental, vision, hearing, hospital indemnity, accident, and critical illness quoted from the record the agent already filled in, standalone or bundled, with effective dates reconciled against the medical plan and commission visible per carrier and product before the recommendation is made.
- AI Plan Recommender. Ranked matching across every line the agent is contracted for, with the reasoning shown for each result. Plans come back in order with a score and the factors that drove it: network fit, drug cost, underwriting class, budget, or stated need.
- Enrollment and e-signature. Carrier-approved applications populated from the quote and signed by texted link, in-person tablet, or email, with submission status tracked from submitted through carrier acknowledgement without logging into portals.
- AI-assisted intake. Medications and conditions resolve from partial spellings, brand names, and abbreviations as the agent types, drawing on a library of 200,000+ entries. Follow-up questions are driven by the carriers still in play, and a half-finished case resumes on any device.
- Agency and IMO controls. Hierarchy-aware visibility that follows the upline and downline structure, quote-to-enroll analytics by agent, product, carrier, state, and week, guided onboarding for new agents, and white-label under the agency's own brand and domain at general availability.
- Compliance and recordkeeping. Scope of Appointment captured and timestamped before the sales conversation, required CMS disclosures presented and acknowledged at the point the rules call for them, every step of the case recorded in order with attribution, retention on the schedule carriers and states require, and a complete case file exportable as one document.
"Agents have been the integration layer between three systems for as long as there have been three systems. They keep a folder of underwriting cheat sheets, three logins, and a client record that lives mostly in their memory of the conversation. We built Solved Enroll so the fact-find you do once is the record that quotes everything the client is eligible for, and then enrolls them, without a second login."

How a case moves through the platform
Every case follows the same four steps, whether it is a final expense policy, a Medicare Advantage plan, or both on the same visit.
- Intake. Medications and conditions resolve as they are entered, and the platform asks only the follow-ups the remaining carriers still need.
- Quote. Eligibility, provider network, and the client's real drug list are applied before plans appear, so nothing on screen is a dead end.
- Recommend. The AI Plan Recommender ranks what is left and shows its reasoning, so the recommendation survives both the client's questions and a later audit.
- Enroll. Carrier-approved forms are pre-filled from the quote and signed by text, tablet, or email, with the Scope of Appointment and disclosures already on the record.
The AI Plan Recommender, also available as an API and an MCP server
The recommendation engine at the center of Solved Enroll is deterministic and explainable. The same client profile returns the same ranking, so a case can be reconstructed later, and every ranked plan carries the factors that lifted or lowered it. Agencies can weight cost, network, or benefit richness differently, and the ranking an agent sees in the platform is the ranking the API returns.
Separately from platform access, the AI Plan Recommender is licensable today as a REST API and as an MCP server, so a CRM, a dialer, or an AI agent runtime can call it directly without rebuilding underwriting and Medicare logic. Licensing is available before general availability. Details are at solvedenroll.com/plan-recommender.
Built alongside AgentTech Dialer and Solved Telephony
Solved Enroll is built by the same team behind AgentTech Dialer and Solved Telephony, under Solved Ventures. Solved Ventures runs insurance calling operations, and the people specifying these flows have written the business they are specifying.
Inside AgentTech 360, the Quote and Enroll workspace is powered by Solved Enroll, so an agency running the AgentTech Dialer can quote and enroll from inside the CRM with the case checked against the producer's appointments before it starts. Solved Enroll also works with any dialer or CRM that supports click-to-call, accepts inbound calls and warm transfers, syncs client records two ways, pushes outcomes by webhook, and submits applications electronically to carriers with status acknowledgement flowing back to the case.
"We onboard agencies in cohorts on purpose. Each cohort sits with us through a real selling season, and what they write decides which carriers we encode next. The beta is not a waiting room. It is how the carrier list gets built, and the agencies in it lock in preferred pricing before the public rollout."
Abri White, Chief Operating Officer, Solved Enroll
Availability and pricing
Solved Enroll is in private beta today. Agencies are onboarded in cohorts, and access is through the waitlist. There is no public sign-up. A public rollout is planned for 2027.
Beta access is free for the agencies in each cohort. At general availability the platform will be offered in three tiers, Individual Agent, Agency, and IMO / Enterprise, with tier pricing published at that time. Beta agencies lock in preferred rates before pricing goes public. The AI Plan Recommender API and MCP server are licensed separately and are available now.
Figures in this release describe the platform at general availability. During the private beta, the live carrier list is smaller and grows with each cohort, prioritized by what beta agencies actually write.
