Solved Enroll vs Sunfire
One is an established Medicare quoting and enrollment platform, deployed widely and available today. The other is a multi-product platform that keeps one client record across Medicare, life, and ancillary, and is in private beta. The right answer depends almost entirely on how many lines of business one client conversation has to cover.
Quick verdict
Sunfire is an established, widely deployed Medicare quoting and enrollment platform, and it is generally available today. If your agency writes Medicare and your team is already fast in it, that is a real advantage and this comparison may end here. Solved Enroll is the better fit when one client conversation has to cover Medicare, life, and ancillary from a single fact-find, and when you want a ranked recommendation you can still explain a year later.
Everything below about Sunfire is described at the level of capability categories and is drawn from publicly published materials. Where a capability is not something Sunfire publicly documents, the table says so rather than asserting it is absent.
Choose Sunfire
You need a proven Medicare platform in production this season, your book is Medicare, and your workflow already works.
Choose Solved Enroll
Your agents write more than one line, ancillary attach is being lost to a separate login, and you can work with a private beta ahead of the 2027 rollout.
Solved Enroll is in private beta. Beta agencies are onboarded in cohorts ahead of a 2027 public rollout, and the live carrier list grows with each one. It is not a generally available product today, and any evaluation should treat it that way. Join the waitlist for the next cohort.

Which one is right for you?
Both are good at what they were built for. The question is how many lines of business one client conversation has to cover, and whether you can work with a beta.
Choose Sunfire if
- You need a platform in production for this selling season, not next year
- Your book is Medicare and your agents are already fast in the tool they have
- Carrier breadth today is the binding constraint on what your floor can write
- You would rather buy an established platform than take on the variance of a beta
- Life and ancillary are handled elsewhere in your organization and that split works
Choose Solved Enroll if
- One appointment routinely covers Medicare and life, or Medicare and ancillary
- Your ancillary attach rate is lower than the need in your book justifies
- Your agents still keep a folder of carrier underwriting PDFs in their heads
- You want a recommendation record that explains itself in a carrier review
- You want to license the ranking engine into a CRM, dialer, or agent runtime you already run
Where this comparison is weakest for us
Two things, said plainly. First, availability. Sunfire is running in production across a large number of Medicare agencies today, and Solved Enroll is in private beta with a 2027 rollout. Production history is a real form of evidence and we do not have as much of it. An agency choosing a platform for the next annual election period is making a decision where that gap is decisive, and no capability table changes it.
Second, focus. A Medicare-only agency that is happy with its workflow is not obviously better off with a multi-line platform. Multi-line is worth something when a single client record is serving several products; if it never is, you are carrying architecture you do not use. We would rather you reach that conclusion on this page than three months into an evaluation.
What we do claim is narrower and testable. If your agents write more than one line, the fact-find should be entered once, ancillary should not require a fourth login, and the reason a plan was recommended should still be legible a year later. That is the ground we are willing to be judged on.
FAQs
Solved Enroll vs Sunfire: common questions
Is Solved Enroll a Sunfire alternative?
For an agency that writes more than Medicare, that is the comparison worth running. Sunfire is an established, widely deployed Medicare platform and it is generally available today, which Solved Enroll is not. Solved Enroll is built around one client record that serves Medicare, life, and ancillary, so the fact-find that pre-qualified a final expense case is the record that quotes MAPD and attaches dental. If your book is Medicare only and your workflow already works, the honest answer is that you may not need a multi-line platform at all.
Can I use Solved Enroll today?
Not in general availability. The platform is in private beta now with a public rollout planned for 2027, and beta agencies are onboarded in cohorts. During beta the live carrier list is smaller than the general availability target and expands with each cohort, prioritized by what beta agencies actually write. Anyone comparing platforms for this selling season should factor that in rather than around it.
How do the two compare on price?
We do not publish another vendor's pricing. Sunfire's commercial terms are theirs to describe, and you should ask them directly. On our side, beta access is free for the agencies in each cohort, and platform pricing is set at general availability across three tiers: Individual Agent, Agency, and IMO or Enterprise with white-label. Beta agencies lock in preferred rates at general availability.
What does Solved Enroll do that a Medicare platform is not shaped to do?
Life field underwriting from encoded, versioned carrier rules across term, final expense, whole life, and preneed; ancillary quoting for dental, vision, hearing, hospital indemnity, accident, and critical illness from the same client record; and a ranked, explainable recommendation across every line an agent is contracted for, licensable as a REST API or an MCP server. Those are architectural differences rather than feature gaps, which is why this page compares categories instead of counting features.
Do you claim Sunfire is missing features?
No. Where we cannot verify a capability in Sunfire's publicly published materials, the comparison table says exactly that instead of scoring it against them. Their product changes and their documentation is the authority on it, so check their current materials before you make a decision on anything in this table.
Can we run both during a transition?
That is the normal path for the agencies in our beta cohorts. Most start by running one team or one product line in Solved Enroll while the rest of the floor stays where it is, then widen once a full selling season has been through it. Nothing about the beta requires an agency to move its Medicare book on day one.
